Pastor Eric and his family moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2012 to plant Reach Jax. Since planting the church, the Lord has stretched, challenged, changed and blessed Eric in ways that he could have never prepared for. Much of his actual life experience is seen in his practical and biblical teachings.
Joel DahlenBurg
Reach Kids & Finance
Joel is from Jacksonville, Fl, where he lives with his wife and son. He grew up Jewish and gave His life to Christ in 2013. He has a passion for apologetics and evangelism, which he combines with his heart for students as he serves Reach’s kids.
Will Potts
Worship & AV
Will is a Florida native who has lived in Jacksonville for 7 years with his wonderful wife, Grace, and their 4 beautiful children. He is the worship leader and helps out a lot with other ministries in the church. Any tech or worship questions you have, reach out to will. Shannan Critzer
Church Administrator
Shannan Critzer is our Church Administrator. She has called Jacksonville her home for over 30 years. She is married with one daughter and calls it a privilege to serve the church body here at Reach. If she doesn’t have the answer, she can get it, so if you have any questions, Shannan is the place to start.
Yabs Techale
Youth and Content
Yabs has lived in Jacksonville since 2022. He grew up in the Atlanta area and began an internship at Reach after a time at Zeal school of ministry. He has shown an amazing heart for the youth and an insane amount of skill with content creation.
