In 2012 the Lord called pastor Eric Souza and his family away from their home in Tucson, AZ to plant a church in Jacksonville, Fl. When the church first began it met in the living room of Ruthie McNicholas, a devout catholic who's sister attended Pastor Eric's previous church in Tucson. After a few months of listening to Eric's teaching of God's word Ruthie gave her life fully over to God and was baptized at Reach's first baptism. The church began to grow and moved to meet at Cunningham Creek Elementary for a while before settling in its current location. Reach has remained devoted to the teaching of God's word and the community of believers for the last 10 years and will continue to do so until the Lord returns.
